Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the Human Resources team of Norton Healthcare, the System Vice President - Talent Management will have the responsibility for developing, implementing and ensuring quality “state of the art” Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, HR Operations, and Employee Experience infrastructure and service models. Together with the executive in charge of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development and the executive in charge of HR Operations, the System Vice President of Talent Management also has responsibility for day to day application of appropriate policies and programs, and ensures that the NHC Talent Management programs and policies align with Norton Healthcare's overall strategic plan. This individual will function in a highly “matrixed” environment and as a result, will demonstrate highly developed communication skills and a well-developed ability to persuade others.

- Ensures strategic, operational,programmatic, service, and infrastructure initiatives and systems pertinent to TalentAcquisition, Workforce Development, HR Operations, and Employee Experience support the mission, vision, values and service basics of Norton Healthcare. Monitors department service metrics, implements additional programs as necessary.
- Actively monitors functional areas for compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory requirements. Develops performance improvement measures and continually assesses performance against identified measures. Develops and monitors organizational policies as they relate to Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, HR Operations, and Employee Experience infrastructure and service models.
- Collaborates with all human resources areas to review and improve processes and systems to NHC's talent management strategy.
- Forecasts operational budget, maintains functional area andprogram budgets per target.
Qualifications
Required:
- Five years in human resources leadership
- Bachelor Degree
