Sushi Skills Necessary

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:

• Sushi rice preparation
• Knife skills for proper slicing of fish, garnishes, etc.
• Consistently prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and any other sushi-kitchen orders
• Creativity
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about food and previous similar work experience
• A high school diploma or GED would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
