We're seeking Surgery Schedulers to join our team!
What you'll do
- Coordinates surgical procedures for provider(s). Routinely verifies and updates provider(s) surgery schedule, and prepares any required paperwork that may be required. Coordinates with physical therapy and DME as required post operatively.

What you have
- High school diploma or general education (GED) required
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and anatomy and physiology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
Nice to haves
- Prior experience working in the healthcare
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

Compensation: $33,280.00- $41,600.00
Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
This is a full-time role based in our family of Pomona Valley region clinics. Chaparral Medical Group clinics are in Chino, Claremont, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino and Upland. PLEASE NOTE: While you will be working at a CMG clinical site, your employer will be TeamCare Enterprises, Inc. (dba Administrative Resources) which contracts with CMG to provide staff.
