Purpose:

Primary Accountabilities:

• Manage the replenishment plan for the assigned portfolio within the packaged foods business.
• Coordinate with the sourcing units globally for timely availability of finished products.
• Work closely with the warehousing team to have the right level of inventory across each warehouse, enabling excellent customer service.
• Review the inventory level norms at each warehouse periodically to optimize inventory.
• Responsible for management of SLOBs; provide regular visibility to the business and track progress of the agreed actions.
• New product and innovation planning; define the right inventory builds for launch of innovations, transition management, etc.
• Plan and coordinate with copackers; define production plans, manage raw material sourcing where needed, and manage inventory control and shipment plans with 3PM.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:

• 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Prior experience and/or interaction with manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally and closely within multi-cultural company.
• Ability to manage relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, production as well as within Logistics.
• Prior management experience desirable (people and/or project).
• Skilled used of Microsoft Office products required.
• Experience with i2, SAP, systems and Showcase reports helpful; understanding of ERP systems preferred.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree.
  • If no degree, must have 7 or more years of direct supply chain planning experience.
• APICS CPIM Certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required.

Hiring Pay Scale: $105,000 to $115,000
