What You'll Do

Maintains open positions listing, maintains current training pool FTE availability to include PTO and FMLA.

Prepares Clinic Support Services staff and student schedules from Crowder College, Franklin Tech, and WTI to ensure daily staffing and training needs are met. Meets weekly with Director and Physician Group Supervisors to discuss priority scheduling needs.

Organizes and facilitates department new hire orientation classes. Ensures class materials, policies, procedures, and training pool requirements are kept current.
Job Requirements
2 years’ prior leadership experience.
Two years’ customer service experience.
