Supervisor

Have you worked in the janitorial industry? Do you have Supervisor experience? Are you looking for a step up in your career? If yes, then we want to hear from you! As the Supervisor, you'll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews. You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.

Pay rate: $16 per hour
Days & Times: Flexible Days/Nights/Weekends
Total of 30-40 hours each week:

• Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify required
• Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required (work travel)
• Spanish speaker is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.

• Perform site inspections.

• Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.

• Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience

• At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience

• Must maintain a clear driving record.

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

• Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.

• Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
