The Student Success Coach position is for Valley College's Online Division, but it is an on-site position at the Cleveland, OH., Martinsburg, WV., and/or Beckley, WV. campus. This is not a remote position.

We are looking for a well-qualified customer service candidate to join our student service team. Applicant must have a high degree of technical proficiency in order to work with students who are remote, must possess strong critical-thinking ability, must have excellent follow-up, strong organizational and time-management skills, work to achieve first contact resolution on every interaction, possess a high level of oral and written-communication skills while maintaining necessary confidentiality, and must have the personality and desire to interact with and help people daily while maintaining a positive and high-level attitude.

The job requires two years of related work experience, an associate degree is required and a bachelor degree preferred.
