Position Summary
The Student Research Worker position to assist with the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center. The position will involve PHP, java development and database design and querying, reporting to the Cancer Center’s Clinical Informatics Senior Systems Analyst.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist primary developer in basic PHP/java/SQL maintenance work.
Assist developer to draw/build the workflows and documentation.
Understand some custom/internally developed PHP and Java code.
Perform additional duties as assigned and/or requested.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of PHP and Java in a Linux environment and have some knowledge of SQL.
