Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist the Philosophy/Humanities department. The student will assist in assessing and researching semester-long (possibly year-long) project.
- Working with a reference citation manager
- Scanning, organizing, and archiving materials
- Reading/copy editing
- Index assembly
- Current UVU student
- Experience with academic research
- Familiarity with academic reference citation managers
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for moderate periods
- Ability to stand at a copier computer for moderate periods
- Knowledge of general philosophy
- Skill in reading, writing, and research
- Ability to apply research knowledge to specific projects
