Job Summary
Dynamics Consultant Group is Looking for a student Administrator for their Power Learn Academy. Power Learn Academy is a for-profit school specializing in technical training programs for Microsoft commercial cloud software, including Dynamics 365 applications. As the Student Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of student life at Power Learn Academy. You will be the first point of contact for all students, ensuring their experience at Power Learn Academy is positive, organized, and efficient. Responsibilities
· Manage student enrollment, scheduling, and registration processes
· Assist in the student financing process and coordinate all student communications and documentation with the assistance of leadership
· Assist with admissions and recruitment activities, including application reviews and interviews
· Maintain accurate student records and files
· Manage student attendance and follow up with students
· Coordinate student activities, events, and meetings
· Ensure all course materials and resources are available for students
· Assist instructors in coordinating instruction dates, travel, logistics and new requirements
· Provide administrative support to instructors and faculty as needed
· Respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
· Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding process
· Plan and execute graduation ceremonies and other important events
· Assist students in scheduling required certifications
· Act as a resource and wellness facilitator for the students in class
· Assist in the continuous improvement of the program and work with Power Learn Leadership to implement
Requirements
· 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with student information systems and databases
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
· Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
