The Challenge
The Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) Strategic Planning team works closely with ACS leadership on strategies for improving our Services impact across all lines of business and geographies. Our goal is to maintain a strategic business model and continually monitor the drivers of our success, conducting critical analysis and identifying actions that will optimize top line growth and profitability for our Services business. Our work is to provide insights that inform decisions related to annual planning and compensation design, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling timely decision-making velocity. Reporting to the Director, this position will provide an outstanding opportunity for you to drive insight and accelerate growth for Adobe, collaborate globally with ACS business leaders, operations, finance and HR business partners. What You will do
You will be a member of a small but mighty team that works across the globe. We will inspect aspects of the services sales and delivery capabilities to optimize our annual planning, rolling forecasts, and compensation design. We will develop insights and recommendations to senior decision makers.
Assist in the preparation of quantitative models and tools that improve our long-range planning capabilities and quarterly rolling forecast (QRF) globally
Identify, build and own cadence of reports that provide insights to continuous capacity planning; prepare and coordinate reporting timelines and reviews
Identify, build and own cadence of reports that provide insights to the effectiveness of our compensation strategy, and provide rationale and recommendations for change
Employ data analysis, benchmarking, financial impact modeling
Identify data, process & system automation opportunities to mature our planning and forecasting capabilities
Assist with ad hoc projects
Learn the Services business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance What you need to succeed
3+ years of data analytics experience
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent excel skills and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Enjoys collaborating across all levels; is curious, desire to experiment and take action
Be comfortable with changing business demands, and shifting priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $133,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
