Being a Store Manager at Wild Side Smoke Shop is a great opportunity to those who are looking to grow within a company, as well as gain valuable management experience.

The starting rate for this position is $44,000 per year (22/HR). There will also be bonus pay available if store meets company goal. This position is for our Flagstaff location (1300 S Milton Road Suite 113, Flagstaff, AZ).

This is a full time position. Store Managers will be required to work 40-45 hours per week. Weekends are required.

Store Manager

We are looking for a results driven Store Manager who will lead a small team of sales associates and maintain a culture of accountability. We structure our team around our company’s core values; Professional, Accountable, Curious, High Energy, and Competitive. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in ordering and merchandising, employee recruitment, or retail management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Follow banking requirements and procedures
  • Ensure that the store is open on time every day and open during all business hours
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Have product knowledge and sales experience
  • Ordering product and maintaining stock levels
  • Maintain proper levels of stock y by placing orders from our preferred vendors

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
