Value City Furniture NJ is looking for a qualified Store Manager for our Howell, location.
Must have previous Sales Management experience and able to thrive in a fast paced customer focused environment. Our ideal candidates must be great at receiving and giving positive coaching and feedback to team members.
Must embrace and enjoy the journey of constantly improving themselves and their teammates.
Expectations
- Scheduled to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be highly motivated, have a positive mindset, and great people skills.
