We seek a dynamic, people-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage Dunkin' located in Nubian Square, Roxbury. We also have a Assistant Manager position in Dorchester. The existing opportunity is for a high volume shop requiring a leader who will execute our mission, vision and values. Responsibilities include inspiring team performance, modeling great customer service, managing retail operations; monitoring food services, ensuring standards and cleanliness; excellence in guest relations; financial management, budget compliance and related tasks.

Candidates must have 2+ years management experience in food service or hospitality. Good leadership and management skills are important for this position. The ability to execute good communication skills, develop teams and build customer loyalty are required. A college degree is preferred

We offer a great salary and 5 day work week. Time off includes paid sick and vacation time. Compensation include quarterly and annual bonus plans and other incentives. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, matching 401K and more.
