Oversee all restaurant operation aspects. Including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring,staffing,scheduling. Operational aspects include daily food and labor controls and ensuring restaurant profitability. Daily paperwork, banking, customer communications skills needed.

Pay: $52,356.00 - $57,566.00 per year
