Owner April Lawrence opened the first store in Beaverdale in 2004 and moved to the current location in the Uptown Shopping center in 2010. A second BAP store opened in WDM in 2014, a third location in Urbandale in June 2018 and a fourth location in Altoona in January 2022. .

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a proven track record of success in a similar role. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, strong leadership skills, and an ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate store staff.
• Ensure that the store is clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory and order new stock as needed.
• Manage customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,706.00 - $45,939.00 per year
