Job Details of Customer Service Representative:

  • Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to any inquiries and difficulties via telephone, e-mail, or live chat
  • Provide information to the customer
  • Work with a team daily to meet goals
  • Navigate through computer, ERP systems, and/or excel

Job Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma, college preferred
  • Two years of prior data entry/customer service experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
