Talent Specialist

About You!

SmartTalent has an exciting Talent Specialist position available out of our Fife location. We are searching for candidates who have experience as a Recruiter with a strong preference within the Staffing Industry. You will be recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for employment opportunities for temporary project positions, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions. You will also be working closely with our client companies consulting and delivering options to deliver staffing results for their organization.

Prime candidate characteristics:

Having a customer service mentality is critical to this positions success. You will be working in a team environment that allows open collaboration to deliver results by coordinating opportunities with candidates who require employment in a multitude of fields specializing in administrative, office, customer service and call center, production, distribution, transportation, skilled labor, professional, onsite vendor management programs and more. Other key characteristics include someone who thrives in a fast paced environment that is able to shift from task to task quickly and efficiently. In addition a self-starter, with a high level of energy that ultimately wants to help the community find employment.

Basic Overview of Duties:

· You will be recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for employment opportunities for temporary project positions, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions.

· You will also be working closely with our client companies consulting and delivering options to deliver staffing results for their organization.

· Must have strong computer skills

· Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

· Must have the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with people

· Must have experience in Staffing, Recruiting, Customer Service, Retail or similar

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary $49k-$54k (DOE) & Monthly Commissions

· Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
