Our North American Talent Acquisition Team is hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full recruitment lifecycle operations including requisition management, sourcing and pipelining, selection, and hire for director and executive-level roles.
We’re looking for a collaborative and innovative recruiter who is skilled at establishing strong partnerships with C-Suite Leaders, hiring managers and human resources colleagues while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
This position is remotely based within the US with occasional travel required for meetings and recruiting events (5-10%).
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategically execute full life cycle recruiting from pipelining, sourcing and candidate attraction through onboarding for executive-level positions across the organization.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and human resources across the supported region(s) and function(s).
- Thoroughly seek to understand position requirements and hiring needs and provide market trends and intel that may impact executive recruitment outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative, research driven best-practice strategies to uncover passive leads and build a diverse pipeline of qualified talent for director through executive-level roles.
- Conduct screens, provide candidate assessments and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers for current or future consideration
- Lead interview feedback sessions and provide solutions to complex hiring challenges.
- Continuously contribute to the growth of the organization and Talent Acquisition strategy by being a creative problem solver and project team member and leader.
- Identify and implement new tools and process improvements that deliver quality results.
- Partner closely with talent acquisition, human resources, compensation, and hiring managers throughout the selection, interview, and offer processes.
- Track, maintain up-to-date records and report recruiting activities to meet and/or exceed set industry standard KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. AIRS – CIR, CDR or PRC Certification strongly preferred.
- 5+ years’ full life cycle recruiting experience is required. 2+ years’ experience in executive recruiting is required.
- In-house experience recruiting for corporate and plant leadership roles is required.
- Experience using company-wide applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar resume and professional networking database is required.
- Advanced or expert level sourcing abilities with experience pipelining passive talent and growing a robust diverse network of qualified leads for current or future openings.
- Strong candidate engagement, assessment, and in-person/virtual interviewing skills required.
- Exceptional organization, communication (verbal and written), and follow-up skills with the ability to effectively manage a high volume of priorities and commitments with internal and external customers in a highly visible, fast-paced remote work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to follow standard processes and work with minimal supervision while understanding when to escalate issues that require further review.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence and support change with stakeholders across multiple levels of a global organization.
