COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Mandate

Position: Sr. Analyst, Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
Location: Hershey, PA
Duties: Maintain the IDAM toolset, ensuring system and process health which enables the business through automated provisioning and deprovisioning activities. Ensure IDAM processes conform to Hershey’s Information Security policies, standards and guidelines to reduce risk to the business due to identity compromises and inflated access. Provide support within established SLA’s to customers reporting issues related to the IDAM toolset. Enable the business through continuous improvement opportunities within the toolset. Perform compliance reporting throughout the year per established schedules. Assist the team with establishing roadmap strategies to further enable automated processes and reduce risk associated with user identities as part of life-cycle management and privileged access. Document functional and technical specifications and outcomes of toolset system and processes to establish knowledgebase for issue resolution. Create, implement, and maintain connected and disconnected resources as required to centralize one-stop-shopping for users that require access to applications across Hershey’s footprint. Hybrid remote work is permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Software Development or a closely related field and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include but need not be maintained over the full term of experience:
- IT and security experience in infrastructure/network and multi-platform environment;
- IAM systems security fundamentals design, implementation, and troubleshooting all computer platforms;
- Programming and development with Java, Javascript, SQL, JSP/Servlets;
- Implementation of IAM solutions, either cloud-based or on premise;
- Understanding of identity technologies and integration of applications in a distributed environment.
