Vero Health Center is seeking a highly-motivated Sr. Account Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that are ready to help scale our organization through bringing in new clientele.

Vero Health Center is seeking a determined full-time sales staff to create a robust network in and around the West Des Moines, IA community in order to market our professional chiropractic services. This full-time sales position earns $100,000 - $150,000 a year. Pay is commensurate with experience and performance will play a large role in bonuses. This position is also eligible for great benefits, including 6 paid holidays off each year, paid time off (after one year of employment), a 401k plan (after one year of employment), birthday gifts, bonuses on work anniversaries, group discounts for health, vision and dental, complementary care for you and immediate family in your house, and fun team outings and lunches.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Vero Health Center professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry

• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills

• All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
