Job description

We are seeking a SQL Developer with strong SSRS skills. This is a work from home contract role but must be open to working on PST (Pacific Time Zone) hours.

In this role you will be responsible for reporting with the SSRS tool. Analyze, design, build, test, and deploy reports using standard practices. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal guidance after orientation to data sources and data sets. The candidate must be able to reverse engineer existing code and apply the business rules to a new generation of reports.

1) Analyze SAS reports and convert them to SSRS by referencing crosswalk mappings between systems
2) Analyze SSRS reports and convert the data source from one source to another using referenced crosswalk mappings.
3) Follow and contribute to best practices documentation
4) Collaborate with the team by contributing to updated documentation
5) Tuning reports and datasets to run efficiently and without error
6) Recommend opportunities to consolidate or optimize design
7) Test reports have the expected content and layout
8) Deployment and production checkout of reports - hand off to production support.

Hours: Typically M-F 8:30-5 PST

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED/ Bachelors preferred

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $43.00-$48.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
