Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa
SPA Manager:

We own two great locations that provide massage and facial services plus we just added slimming Cryo body treatments. We are hiring for an energetic, sales driven leader who is focused and dedicated to helping us grow further, while maintaining the positive culture we have worked so hard to build. Deer Park/Kildeer, IL location.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Lead a team of 20+ people for success including both Service Providers and Front Desk Sales team
- Work with Leadership Team to leverage all of the training, marketing and sales tools we offer to continue our sales growth
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the Spa
- Providing excellent customer service to members/guests by managing team: to answer phone calls correctly, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and leading by example while following franchise protocol
- Responsible for achieving all membership and revenue sales goals as outlined in offer and set by management
- Lead, train, monitor and coach performance of all employees, both formal coaching and on the spot day to day pep talks
- Work collaboratively with Massage Lead and Esthetician Lead in order to performance of services providers
- Create Front Desk Incentives and Bonuses based on budget parameters. Work collaboratively with Massage lead and Esthetician lead on incentive & bonus programs.
- Responsible for all human resources functions (working with owner) for spa including; interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating of spa associates, therapists, and estheticians
- Participating in recommended training programs, conferences, and other professional development
- Maintain a cohesive and effective team within the spa
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous membership or other sales and customer service experience preferred
- Driven to achieve both personal and spa sales goals
- Energetic and enjoy working with people
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to gain knowledge of products and services
- Must be professional at all times with clients
- Possess strong phone and computer skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the spa
- Some Weekend availability is required
- Flexible to meet spa coverage needs in emergencies (these are rare but we rely on the manager to assist)
