Come join our team at Little Fish! Located right on Kenney's Beach in Southold.

We are a dedicated team, creating a fun work environment and looking for the right staff to join us for the short and long term. Our concept is coastal cuisine, beach food with an elevated twist.

Here at Little Fish we are creating a kitchen family. Our Head Chef Ryan likes to promote a positive work environment; we listen to music, we dance, we get a little weird. As Sous Chef you will be the right hand to Ryan ensuring our team is working together, supporting one another and have what we need to succeed. Communication is key, we are not condescending towards one another and encourage sharing ideas, alternative work habits, and efficiencies from all staff. This is a growth opportunity, while Ryan is the Head Chef, you will contribute to the creation process, this is not a classic brigade system, our Owner Arden will share his ideas and inspirations, our staff both FOH and BOH contribute as well.
