Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work with a team to create delicious meals. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen organization. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to manage a team of cooks, and have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef in menu planning and recipe development.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Train and manage kitchen staff.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations.
• Create daily specials and new dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
