Exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join an established, high volume restaurant specializing in seasonal tavern dishes with modern twists on Nantucket Island. The ideal candidate must:

• Be a talented & creative chef
• Have experience expediting in a fast pace high volume restaurant
• Be an excellent communicator and a hands-on attitude
• Work well within a friendly and flexible team
• Have at least three years experience working within a similar restaurant environment
• Be available to work now through October
• Work nights and six days a week if needed
• Be authorized to work in the United States
