Job description

We are searching for a Sous Chef for Coastal Kitchen and Daquiri Bar. Come cook coastal inspired cuisine, utilizing local ingredients from nearby farms. 50-55 hours, 5 days a week.

Responsible for day to day operation of the kitchen, ordering, prepping, cooking, managing a small kitchen staff. Reports directly to Executive Chef.

Candidates should have at least 2 years experience cooking and ideally have 2 years in a managerial / leadership position

Costa Verde Hospitality Group owns and operates concepts: Verde Kitchen & Cocktails, Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar, The Brightwaters Inn, Sweet Jane, and Shoreline Trading Co

Must have or be willing to obtain a Suffolk County Food Handler's Certificate

Culinary degree is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
