Description:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our North American Recruiting team. This individual would be focused on sourcing for hourly/non-exempt positions in the US/Canada

• Partner with full-cycle Recruiters to source candidates for hourly positions across Operations sites
• Example roles:
• Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Technicians
• Maintenance Mechanics
• Provide regular sourcing updates to recruiting partners
• Use multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including various sourcing tools, our ATS (Workday), Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• When appropriate conduct thorough candidate phone screens to assess technical skillset and fit within organization for both exempt and non-exempt position in United States and Canada
• Track candidate activity in our Workday ATS and regularly report on trends, pipelines, areas of opportunity, and overall activity

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting with heavy focus on sourcing and recruiting campaigns
• Heavy usage of Indeed resume search, candidate outreach, screening resumes, completing phone screens
• Demonstrated abilities to develop sourcing strategies for hard to fill locations and positions
• Strong organizational and data tracking skills to ensure accurate reporting of sourced candidates
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• High sense of urgency within sourcing activities
• Proficiency in traditional and sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to develop targeted sourcing campaigns
• Experience with multiple sourcing tools (LI Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed)
• Workday experience preferred
