What you would be doing:
Attending daily motivational team meetings
Attend sales training sessions
Shadow with your mentor in house and observe the entire in-house selling process.
Follow the clear, fast progression path set out for you.
Attend appointments with homeowners, and explain all the benefits of going green, all while forming and maintaining those relationships
Generate your own appointments
