The Collins Aerospace Avionics Test Engineering organization is looking for an entry level engineer that is graduating May of next year (2023) and able to start shortly after. The motivated individual is to be a Software Engineer to assist in developing complex engineering solutions. The Avionics Test Engineering organization is a global engineering organization responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the manufacturing test solutions in support of the $5B Avionics strategic business unit as well as external customers including armed services and airlines both domestic and international. Typical test solutions include Optical, In-circuit Test, Boundary Scan, as well as COTS components such as switch systems, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies and other related equipment coupled with custom software for performing Environmental Stress Screening as well as testing circuit card assemblies and top-level products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Masters degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
