Royal Health Group is looking for a motivated, passionate Social Worker to join our Russian Sunrise Immersion Unit at Royal Braintree!
About Us:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing our residents psychological status during admissions and at other intervals during their residence.
- Partner with staff and families to outline the goals of the residents stay and create a plan to meet those goals.
- Assist residents and families with coping to the new environment, changes to physical or mental capacity, and end of life concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Social Worker in MA.
- BSW or related field is required.
- Prior work with a geriatric population is a big plus!
- Two years of social work experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility preferred.
Compensation is Commensurate with Experience
