Full time Social Work (MSW) positions with University of Rochester Medical Center. Social worker collaborates with multidisciplinary team members and joins a large team of social workers. Responsibilities include: psychosocial assessments, resource mobilization, and assistance navigating health care system, coordination of patient discharge and planning for after care needs and patient and family support. Currently recruiting for Surgical and Medical Intensive Care, Emergency Department (days or evenings), Palliative Care, Cancer Center, Medicine, Burn/Trauma Intensive Care and Physical Medicine and Rehab.

The 886-bed facility boasts a regional trauma and burn center, pioneering transplant programs, esteemed programs for many acute and chronic illnesses.

Requirements: MSW degree with experience preferred and licensure obtained within 18 months of employment. NY State vaccination mandate applies.
