Our campus is in the process of expanding due to several new multi-level facilities being built. We are looking to fill the key role of a Social Worker.
This position is looking for someone with the ability to Coordinate the social services and Health Services admissions programs at Friendsview. Coordinates and/or conducts psychosocial assessments, care planning and care for residents in or entering Health Services in order to enhance their mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and to promote quality of life.
Qualifications needed for this role are as follows: Minimum bachelor's degree in Social Services MSW preferred. Minimum two years of experience, preferably in a residential care nursing facility, hospital, or inpatient rehabilitation facility. A combination of other relevant experience and/or education may substitute for experience
Starting Wages: $27.00 - $30.03/hr DOE
This is a full time position with full time benefits.
