This job will have flexible days and hours

This position will have two roles. The main role will be meeting with residents to complete admissions paperwork. this includes:

• Contacting and meeting with family members if patient is unable to complete and/or sign admissions forms
• Verify patient information
• Copying all admission forms and uploading all proper documentation to the appropriate sites
• Responsible for copying all insurance cards and may need to follow up with families to get cards if not present at time of admittance

Secondary role is receptionist which includes:

• Covering receptionist openings and breaks
• greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Responds to and prioritizes emergency calls/alarm systems according to protocol

Qualifications:

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Qualifications Preferred

• Customer service experience.
