Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Campus Admissions Specialist/Concierge Liaison which acts as a host for Clement Manor’s Continuum of Care from Independent Living through the Health Center.

The Campus Admissions Specialist/Concierge Liaison provides the first contact with residents and family members and must provide them with a favorable, warm and welcoming impression. This position, along with other members of the Concierge Team, conducts tours, Open Houses, coordinates admissions/move-ins and ensures smooth transitions across campus from every part of the continuum. The Concierge Team Vision is to serve people, following and caring for residents/families from the time of admission/move-in, throughout transitions within the continuum, all the way to providing support at the end of life. This position entails reviewing referrals from hospitals and conducting assessments for potential admission to our Health Center/Skilled Nursing area for Rehab/Long Term Care as well as determination of potential admission/move-in to other areas of campus such as CBRF/Assisted Living. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or related field as well as a current social worker license for the state of Wisconsin.

• Ability to collaborate with team

• Excellent Customer service skills

Experience Preferred:

• Health care setting experience, Knowledge of Retirement Community Industry, Nursing Home Admissions experience, Sales experience.
