Silk Worldwide is looking for a qualified experienced candidate to fill the position of Social Media Marketing Specialist for our brands of Telecommunication devices: Cell Phone Signal Boosters, antennas, cellular routers, and more. We are an international company with exciting new brands. This position will report daily onsite at our corporate location located in the Greater Houston, TX area (Stafford, TX 77477).

Position Summary:

Silk Worldwide is looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Strategist to take our social media channels to the next level. This position will be responsible for implementing channel-appropriate social media strategies, influencer marketing growth, and helping make Silkworldwide’s social channels a driving force of customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing social media strategy and growth for organic social channels (Including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Managing daily operations and initiatives, including editorial calendars, content development/execution (images, posts, and videos), and engagement with users.
• Develop insights into the performance of social media pages and content and create actionable strategies for engaging and building social audiences and engagement.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to promote new services and offerings across social channels and platforms.
• Assist with asset creation for social media advertising.
• Own and evolve our influencer program including securing new influencers and maintaining existing influencer relationships.
• Work with videographers and talent to help create and publish new video content and grow our YouTube Channel.
• Coordinate quarterly marketing reports to show success and opportunities for growth.
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager to ensure company goals are being met.
• Manages all aspects of social media for the company which includes responding to comments and messages.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing social media marketing
• Experience growing social media followers and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Extensive experience creating social media content including video
• Proven ability to navigate various channels and determine the impact of campaigns
• Experience working with influencers and/or influencer marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and reliable
• Understanding of omnichannel marketing and advertising strategies

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Required)
• Social media management: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,425.00 - $60,000.00 per year
