Made by Mary is looking for a passionate community builder, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator with experience in all things social and digital media. The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day management of social media platforms including strategizing, planning, scheduling, posting, and reporting on all social content. With attention to detail and strong organizational skills, the candidate will send email campaigns and support in paid social media ads including but not limited to Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook. Duties + Responsibilities

• Manage and build community on all MBM social media accounts including: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and new channels
• Monitor all MBM social media accounts, including responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, posting and commenting on UGC, updating bios, tagging product in posts, etc.
• Work closely with Marketing Team and founder to strategize, plan, and write copy for social media channels that align with product launches and overall calendar
• Schedule and post all social media content including daily stories (weekends included)
• Write and post blogs regularly
• Work closely with Creative and Marketing Team to create unique social content
• Track and report social metrics and KPIs and apply findings to overall strategy
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings to help with the overall strategy and make sure social channels align with the company’s goals and vision
• Maintain the Made by Mary brand and build a strong community on all social media channels
• Manage Facebook VIP Group
• Manage Pinterest ads
• Manage TikTok including coordinating and creating content along with growth strategy
• Segment, schedule, and send all campaign emails through Klayvio
• Coordinate with PR and Influencer Team
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
• Maintain a pulse on the community with a strong sense of awareness and sensitivity to cultural and world events

Qualifications + Abilities

• 2-3 years of experience in a social media role (preferably in-house or at an agency, e-commerce experience is a plus!)
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or other related field
• Self-starter and proactive mentality
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with careful attention to detail
• Positive attitude through thick and thin and an eagerness for all things MBM
• Ready to perform and meet deadlines in high pressure, fast-paced working environment
• Eye for design
• Passion for building community
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience using social media analytics tools
• Proactive and resourceful with a self-starter mindset
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Bonus Points

• Experience in Media Buying including Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok ads
• Experience in Klayvio, Shopify, Asana, and Later
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Salary: 45k-65k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
