Full Moon Construction, LLC is seeking a Skilled Home Renovation Laborer to perform residential renovation projects throughout the City of Buffalo and surrounding suburbs, with projects as far North as Lockport and as far South as Hamburg. 4-6 years previous construction experience in multiple disciplines is required. This position will involve management of tasks and/or small projects, so previous project management, material takeoff and task delegation experience is a plus. Most of the work will entail basic home renovation/restoration techniques.

Required skills for this position include:

- Tiling and Bathroom Remodeling

- Kitchen cabinet, countertop and backsplash installation/restoration

- Window replacement/installation and casing

- Painting (interior and exterior)

- Flooring installation

- Drywall installation and finishing

- Replacing common plumbing and lighting fixtures

- Finish carpentry

Additional skills that are beneficial:

- Epoxy work

- Landscaping and fence installation

- Concrete repair and basic masonry techniques

- Carpentry/Framing/Decking

- Siding installation

Starting pay is $25/hr biweekly direct deposit on W-2 basis with benefits and paid time off included. We are a growing company so there is ample room for growth into a leadership position within the company. We are looking for an experienced home renovation laborer who is responsible, reliable, punctual, hard-working and willing to learn new techniques. This is a physically demanding job, so must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, must be able to lift and carry 75lbs without too much trouble, must be comfortable going up on ladders (this position does not involve roof work!), must be able to work in hot, cold, dirty and/or confined environments when needed. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and their own small hand/power tools. Safety, quality and professionalism are our team's top priorities, so those are expected of you as well. Reliable transportation to the job site is required.

Hours are 830-430 Monday through Friday with no overtime offered and no weekends required (but weekend work will be available if desired and flexibility is needed). We understand the need for schedule flexibility (we all have lives outside of work) and we honor all major holidays.
