Job description
- PURPOSE: The primary function of the Mobile Dental Site Manager is to ensure the delivery of quality dental services to children in schools by performing administrative functions and supervisory duties. Candidates must have a pleasant disposition, great communication skills, reliable transportation, the ability to manage time effectively, be comfortable talking to and coordinating students, have high integrity, and be prompt.
Candidate will travel from school to school transporting dental equipment and overseeing the dental site.
Knowledge and Skills:
Dental knowledge preferred but not required
Management experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and organization skills with proactive attitude required.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep inventory fully stocked and make sure staff has what they need at all times.
Keep a log of inventory needed.
Transport equipment to and from job site.
Other duties as assigned.
Control the flow of students and resolve personnel and equipment issues.
Perform onsite administrative tasks.
