We are Truly a Family based business, As the owner I treat all of my employees with respect and i listen to your needs. I started the business in 2013 Raising Two Children 3 and 5 as a widowed father. I took a chance to pay rent or try to start a business. It was a VERY challenging struggle trying to balance life with young children and running a business all alone. We have grown from one employee to Thirteen. I am always looking for my employee's ideas and strategies. My famous saying is. (If we all work together and come up with ideas to be more profitable then we All can reap the benefits, If the company makes more money then we all make more money). I am not some owner that had a business given to them, As i have built this from scratch. I hold this business with a lot of pride. I understand the struggles in life and continue a business that will provide for all of us. Everyone here is just as important as the owner.

Job Tasks:

*Keep employees on task.

*Manage and deligate the workflow throughout the day.

*Work with the service writers within the workflow.

*Jobs are set and ready for employees before the day starts.

*Helping out other employees if there is a struggle within a job so it will be finished in a
timely manner.

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, drive-train, alignments Ect, We do everything automotive.

We make sure every vehicle goes through a vigorous multi point inspection Via electronic inspection report.

We have the latest diagnostic tools available 3 different scanners as well as onsite ECM and module programming from OEM Software Via Laptop.

*We are the only shop in this Area that works on Diesel

*valid driver’s license required

*Compensation depends on skill level of technician

*Provide paid training and certifications

*We have great a bonus and incentive program on top of your hourly pay

We have it all here, 4 bay Repair Shop, Tire Shop, Autosales Department, Car wash, Detail shop and a Tow Truck fleet.
