Work with your center management and team member to provide exceptional customer service. You must be able to take control and be responsible for center operations (including cash accountability and key control) in the absence of your manager or boss.

High energy person with multi-tasking abilities to respond to guest questions & requests as needed.

Essential duties:

Be friendly and inviting to our guests, provide info on our programs, promotions, pricing, and specials

Answer phones in a professional and pleasant manner and be able to take reservations.

Address guest complaints with patience and professionalism.

Preform front desk duties such as: Assign open lanes and track availability, prepare for our leagues and make sure they start on time, Accurate cash registering and follow cash control procedure. Be able to operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system. Clean up and get ready to change out sessions. Opening shift and Closing shift procedures. Must have a personal need to perform and have full knowledge of a front desk duties for them to be a qualified shift leader.

HS Diploma (bachelor 's preferred or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience

Excellent telephone etiquette

Strong team Player

Thrives in a fast pace environment

Strong customer service skills

Must have league bowling experience

Our team member is expected to portray exceptional customer service skills, be a team player, have the ability to operate a point of sale system while handling money and be able to stand on their feet for long periods at a time.

Job Types: Part-time to become Full time
