Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Check in vendors, warehouse orders and gas deliveries.
• Change fuel prices as required.
• Reconcile daily bookwork, finalize invoices, balance smart safe, and measure fuel gallons.
• Create, edit, and submit order requests for supplies.
• Assist ongoing training and development to staff members according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Communicates and enforces compliance of company policy and procedure.
• Exhibit customer service excellence by answering questions, building relationships with customers, and by promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.
• This is a full time (30-40 hours/week) position- Days and times may vary, including weekends and evenings.
