Recro is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Process Architect with GRC/IRM experience to provide professional services to current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, integration, and institution of standard business processes across multiple CSO infrastructure security tools as they are embedded in the CSO Vulnerability Response (VR) and Risk, Governance & Compliance (GRC) SN solution.

• Includes writing ServiceNow workflow requirements, testing (user story & regression), documentation, user training, etc.

• SN VR workflows for new infrastructure assets – based upon inventory inclusion, new asset types (network elements), IPv6, Public Cloud.

• SN VR workflows for new infrastructure security tools – i.e. Tenable Agent.

• SN GRC workflow for new tooling – i.e. compliance tooling (CloudPassage), container scanning (Anchore).

  
  

Qualifications

• ServiceNow developer with experience in GRC/IRM

• Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred

• Experience with Web development, including (X)HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and back-end technologies, such as JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion

• Experience with Agile Scrum development methods

• Ability to develop overall architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope and/or complex projects

• Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
