YSI is seeking a highly qualified Onsite Service Desk Support. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Provides on-site Service Desk support staffing the service desk in support of the day-to-day operations and support of the applications.
- Demonstrated experience providing end-user support for desktop and application software,
- Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems,
- Strong written and oral communication,
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- TS/SCI with DOE Q clearance
