Midas North Conway is looking for a service advisor to join our growing team. Midas is a franchised independent auto repair facility, locally owned and operated. Every Midas operates differently, and I recently acquired the Midas North Conway location from Ron and Kelly, who were exceptional operators servicing the Valley customers over the last 8+ years. As the new owner, I’m looking to build on their successes and continue to focus on exceptional customer service.

This position requires a professional customer-focused Service Advisor who will proactively engage our customers, build rapport throughout the whole service experience, accurately collect customer information, review technician recommendations, create detailed estimates, and advise customers with recommended path for repairs to maintain customer satisfaction and prolong longevity of our customers’ vehicles health.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet customers with a smile and engage in pleasant conversation while in waiting room
• Provide top quality customer service over the phone, via text, and in person
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations
• Build digital inspection reports, write repair orders, and source parts
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers while listening and answering questions
• Assist with inventory management, especially for office and waiting room supplies
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the waiting area including coffee & snack station
• Assist the Store Manager with other duties and act as Shop Leader when needed
• Open and close the shop independently while maintaining regular business hours

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of automotive service advisor experience or related experience

• General automotive parts and basic maintenance/repair knowledge
• Excellent customer service disposition
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
