We are an affordable real estate developer committed to providing quality, sustainable housing options to low- and moderate-income families. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team and help us maintain our properties to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from tenants and property management staff
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various building systems and equipment
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Collaborate with property management staff to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
