Trillium is now hiring Service Technicians for our Tablet Press department in St. Charles, MO!
Tablet Press Technician-Service Technician positions available in the St. Charles, MO. area. This is a first shift Direct-Hire opportunity. The salary range is $50k to $120k based on experience. Day shift position, M-F with travel required. Anticipated hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Tablet Press Technician will be responsible for providing support and training on OEM tablet presses including FAT’s, general training, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate has experience in both tablet compression and tablet press operations. The Tablet Press Service Technician will play a key role in providing outstanding and timely support to all customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support company’s manufactured tablet presses via email, telephone, or on-site service calls
- Comfortable providing hands-on and classroom training with groups of 2-8 people
- Perform SAT, FAT and other tablet press related functions at HQ or at the customers site as required.
- Provide technical support for other departments as necessary
- Travel to customers locations, both throughout the US and overseas to setup, train, provide hands on troubleshooting and technical support. Travel 50-75 percent.

- Understanding of tableting operations and history of working with tablet presses
- Ability to learn to diagnose and troubleshoot tablet press problems, and implement solutions
- Previous troubleshooting and servicing of tablet presses and/or industrial equipment.
- Tablet Press operations in Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Vitamin Industry
- Working for other OEM Manufacturers including, GEA, Fette, Korsch and others
