Purpose of Position:

Contribute to Midsota Manufacturing by maintaining a positive and productive work environment that expresses any needs to the department lead and abides by all standards in quality, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:*

• Report any potential issues to the shop foreman and/or the service manager.
• Make requests on the employee behalf for parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate with service manager on what needs are to be met while on vacation.
• Maintain positive communication with customers.
• Drive a strong and positive work environment with clear communication and follow up.
• Ensure repairs on completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect trailers to determine necessary repairs and maintenance on any and all parts.
• Keep track of all parts used on every repair.
• Concisely fill out all work orders with all info needed to track repairs in the future.
• Clock in to all jobs so orders can be tracked properly in order to bill customers correctly.
• Work with other team members to help teach and learn new techniques around all aspects of the job.

Other Job Functions:*

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Contribute to Midsota Manufacturing’s team effort by setting and accomplishing goals within being a Service Tech.
• Abide by company policies and procedures, as well as osha’s standards and regulations.
• Ensure strong communication with Paint lead and other leadership as needed.
• Accomplish any and all other duties deemed necessary by ownership.
