Service & Support Correspondent
Job description
The Vernon Company is seeking energetic, outgoing and positive people to make a difference in serving our account executives and clients. We are looking to hire talented customer experience associates to work in our team-based Service and Support group at The Vernon Company.
As a service and support associate, you will be able to use your organization, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills while responding to customer needs either on the phone or through written communication. With your ability to listen and read attentively and desire to create a positive problem-solving experience, you are in a critical role to make a difference in the Vernon account executive’s mind and to cement their confidence and their client’s confidence in Vernon.

Normal full-time work hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required.
