Position Overview:
The Service Advisor interacts with customers to build loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence. This role requires someone passionate about taking care of the customer and having the knowledge to educate them about the maintenance or repairs needed for their vehicle in terms they can understand. In addition, this person must be highly driven for success and achieving targets.
Pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $6,000 - $8,000 per month (Commission based pay driven by individual performance)
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of service experience in an automotive dealership
- You are passionate about customer service, and when under pressure, you maintain a positive attitude with customers, peers, and management
- You have the proven ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- You are highly driven to succeed, and meeting or exceeding productivity and service standards is a priority
- You have exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills that result in a superior customer experience
- You thrive on educating customers on proper care for their vehicles
- You work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
- You have keen technology skills and thrive on learning
- You are professional and can represent the Groove Auto brand at a high level
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
